The luxurious 4* Dunadry Hotel and Gardens in County Antrim is nestled on the banks of the Six Mile River. Unique and character-filled. The hotel has a restaurant which showcases seasonal menus and The Copper Bar which is the perfect place to relax with a drink. There are great leisure facilities with an indoor pool, spa pool and sauna, and all bedrooms are en-suite with a TV, WiFi and. The hotel has a lift.

MONDAY

We depart early in the morning heading north for Stranraer. Following the scenic route through Dumfries and Galloway we take the afternoon ferry sailing to Larne. We then have a short drive to Dunadry and our hotel.

TUESDAY

We begin our day with a guided tour of Belfast; steeped in history both ancient and modern, this fascinating city is full of sites to see. For the afternoon we make our way to the Maritime Mile and Titanic Belfast; learn about the ambition, ingenuity, and bravery that surrounds the world’s greatest liner.

WEDNESDAY

Today is all about the stunning Antrim Coast; stopping for refreshments along the way, revel in the raw landscapes as we travel through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Continuing along the coast to the famous Giant’s Causeway, you will have ample time to wander, explore the brilliant visitor’s centre and have lunch.

THURSDAY

Today we travel south to Lisburn to visit the Irish Linen Centre and Lisburn Museum. Award winning, the Museum explores Ireland’s industrial heritage with spinning and weaving demonstrations. The museum lies in the centre of Lisburn so you will have free time to also stroll around the shops and visit the Cathedral. Our afternoon visit takes us to the elegant Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, a grand Georgian estate and royal residence. Discover the fascinating history of the re-presented State Rooms and completing our visit with tea and scones in the café.

FRIDAY

Today we bid Northern Ireland a sad farewell and head for home. Taking the short journey to Larne for our ferry crossing to Stranraer, we retrace our journey making stops for lunch and tea en-route. We aim to arrive early evening.

Tour includes: 4 nights dinner, bed and breakfast; return ferry crossing; guide for Belfast; entrance to The Titanic Exhibition; Giants Causeway; Hillsborough Castle and Gardens with tea and scones.
