Barton Grange Garden Centre & ‘A Taste of Lancashire Cheese’
Making our way to Dewlays Cheesemakers we are greeted with refreshments followed by a talk and tour, including the chance to sample the famous fromage! We then head to Barton Grange Garden Centre where we have free time for lunch and to peruse the garden centre, why not pick up a Lancashire treat or two from the Farm Shop? Liverpool: Museums, Art Galleries, Shops & Liverpool One
Enjoy a full day at your leisure in the famous city of Liverpool. Take advantage of the hop-on-hop-off bus or visit one of the many attractions at Albert Dock. Most museums and art galleries offer free entrance. There is so much to see and do and the choice is yours!

Walker Art Gallery Liverpool & The Lady Lever Art Gallery Port Sunlight
Firstly, we head into Liverpool to the Walker Art Gallery where we spend the morning. We will then head to Port Sunlight to spend the afternoon at the Lady Lever Art Gallery. Entrance to the galleries are free of charge and there are cafés at both locations for you to enjoy coffee and lunch.

Saturday 12th
Crafty Shopping Day Out in Wales – Abakhan Crafters & St Asaph Tweedmill
Today we call firstly at Abakhan for a visit and a browse of this ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ of crafter’s shops. Having also had time for a morning coffee, we then take the coastal road with views of the Dee Estuary en-route to St Asaph Tweedmill. Upon arrival you have ample time for lunch and shopping. Once all your purchases are safely stored on the coach we head for home.

Tuesday 15th
Hopton Hall for the Snowdrops
Firstly we call at Carsington Water where we have time for a browse around the visitors centre and an early lunch before we take the short journey to Hopton Hall to admire their snowdrops. We then take a wander through the woodlands and marvel at the first signs of spring in Derbyshire. There will be ample time for a warming cuppa in the tea room before we head for home. (Inc. Ent.)

Gorton Monastery a Pugin Gem and Broadstone Mill
Today takes us to Broadstone Mill where we will have time for a browse and lunch before we make the short journey to Gorton Monastery. A former Franciscan church and friary that is considered architect Edward Welby Pugin’s masterpiece, this stunning example of the Neo-Gothic style was derelict for many years and was saved from ruin by the Building Preservation Trust. You will have free time to explore this fantastic building and time to visit the cafe.

Wakefield Festival of Food, Drink and Rhubarb
Wakefield is celebrating its most famous and unique pink vegetable this February! Making a comfort stop en-route we will make our way to their annual Food, Drink and Rhubarb Festival. As part of the Rhubarb Triangle, Wakefield is part of an area that has grown the best forced rhubarb for hundreds of years, and the town proudly celebrates the pink vegetable with colourful market stalls and food demonstrations galore.

Monday 28th
Crocus Special: Poulton-le-Fylde and Lytham St Annes
Firstly, we call at Poulton-le-Fylde to admire St Chad’s Church and its amazing display of Crocuses. You will have time for a stroll around the local market and for morning coffee. We then continue on to the pleasant seaside town of Lytham St Annes where we will have time for lunch as well as a stroll along the seafront and pier before we head for home.
