Staying at The Falmouth Hotel
6 DAYS | 29th August 2018
Our relaxing break takes us to the historic port of Falmouth, perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside. The town boasts a bustling harbour, many art galleries, fascinating maritime heritage, delightful shopping centre, parks and gardens, and several fantastic beaches.
The Falmouth Hotel can proudly lay claim to the crown of ‘Grand Dame’, having been the first commercial hotel to be built in the town back in 1865. A striking, Victorian château-style hotel set in five acres of landscaped gardens, it enjoys a prime seafront location and is an easy stroll in to the town centre. The hotel also boasts the Castle View Restaurant, lounge bar and leisure facilities with a gym, heated indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna. All bedrooms offer modern facilities. The hotel also has a lift.
Depart Macclesfield calling for coffee en-route to Congresbury and the Cadbury Garden Centre where we call for lunch. We then continue on our journey south to Falmouth and our hotel.

We complete our scenic day out by calling at Roskilly’s famous ice cream parlour.
